Refund policy

We are happy to accept returns on items that are unopened and in a sellable condition (undamaged) within 30 days of purchase with a valid receipt. 

Only orders shipped to a U.S. address are eligible for returns. International orders cannot be returned. 

If you need to make a return, please reach out to us by email at hello@rainforestremediesusa.com. Once your return is approved, you will receive a return label. You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the item(s) to us. We cannot be held responsible for item(s) damaged or lost in return shipment. Once we receive your item(s), we will process the refund less the cost of return shipping.
