Bladder Tonic Herbs

Promotes optimal pelvic circulation, thereby supporting and nurturing conditions of the male reproductive system, including the prostate and the libidio. It also supports the kidneys and bladder.

Ingredients: Man Vine (Securidaca diversifolia), Gumbolimbo (Bursera simaruba), Chichibe (Sida rhombifolia), Corn Silk (Zea mays)

To prepare as a tea: Boil 1/4 cup dried herbs in 3 cups of water for 10 minutes, steep for an additional 15 minutes, then strain and drink. Take 1 cup before meals 3 times daily or as desired.

To prepare as a tincture: Place all of the herbs in a clean quart jar. Fill it with alcohol, vinegar, or glycerin. Cover and shake daily. After 6 weeks, strain and discard plant material. Store the remaining liquid in a clean, dry jar or bottle. Standard dose - 1 dropperful 3x/day, or as directed, in a small amount of water.
