Ingredients: Hibiscus (Hibiscus sabdariffa), Oregano (Lippia graveolens), Rosemary (Rosmarinus officinalis), China Root (Smilax lanceolata), Mexican Wild Yam (Dioscorea belizensis), Billy Webb (Sweetia panamensis), Cockspur Bark (Acacia cornigera), John Charles (Hyptis verticillata), Maguey Silvestre (Tradescantia spathacea)

To prepare as a tea: Boil 1/4 cup dried herbs along with 1 tsp fresh ginger in 3 cups of water for 10 minutes, steep for an additional 15 minutes, then strain and drink. Take 1 cup before meals 3 times daily or as desired.

To prepare as a tincture: Place all of the herbs in a clean quart jar along with 1/4 cup fresh ginger. Fill it with alcohol, vinegar, or glycerin. Cover and shake daily. After 6 weeks, strain and discard plant material. Store the remaining liquid in a clean, dry jar or bottle. Standard dose - 1 dropperful 3x/day, or as directed, in a small amount of water.
