Jungle Juice Herbs

A vitamin and mineral-rich drink for all ages and conditions.

Ingredients: Gumbolimbo Bark (Bursera simaruba), Sorrel (Hibiscus sabdariffa), China Root (Smilax lanceolata), Cinnamon Bark (Cinnamomum verum)


To prepare as a tea: Boil 1 cup of herbs in 2 quarts of water for 10 minutes then strain. Add sweetener of choice to taste and enjoy! Serve hot or cold. As a variation, you can add pineapple or other fruit skin, lemongrass, peppermint, etc and boil it with the herbs.
